    Lifechanging. That single word describes this book and the training in it. The “secret” to great fitness both on and out of the gym and an overall greater personal health is all outlined here. A proper training regemine, proper nutrition, and proper rest can lead to many great things. As someone who has trained with him, I can safely say he practices what he preaches and what he preaches gets results. I was able to lose over 40lbs using the health and fitness teachings and, consequently, feel the best I’ve ever felt physically in my life.

    Cannot recommend this book enough to those that want to get the most out of their quality of life.

We are blessed to have a champion like Anibal to share his vast knowledge in this subject matter, as he has been around since the Golden Age of Bodybuilding. He writes from experience and not just from theory, having lived the life as a physique competitor. He is also a most remarkable man, having served his country in the military and is a man of deep faith.     I cannot say enough about this book! It is broken down very well and explains everything you need for your bodybuilding and or fitness journey in easy to understand terms. This includes not only exercises, nutrition and routines as well as the importance of rest and recovery, especially if training naturally!! Highly recommend this book for anyone at any level! This will be the only training nutrition guide you will need plus it is also autographed which also makes it not only collectable but a piece of bodybuilding history!
